Abstract:The flexural bearing capacity of bored piles with partially concrete chiseled is discussed. The adverse effects caused by partial concrete chiselling are considered through conception analysis. Numerical method is employed to determine the critical flexural bearing capacity of single bored pile. A 3D FEM model is established to analyze the moment distribution of bored piles during each excavation stage. The calculated results and practice both reveal that the proposed plan is feasible. |
