Abstract：Based on the review of the fracture development rules in inter-bed layered fractured rock mass,the fracture network generation method was provided,and then the double medium model was introduced.By use of the fracture network and double medium model the unsaturated seepage with rainfall infiltration in inter-bed layered fractured rock mass was analyzed,some characteristics of the unsaturated seepage with rainfall infiltration in inter-bed layered fractured rock mass was summarized.
