Abstract：Based on the previous research,in this paper the mechanical characteristics of undisturbed and remoulded sample was presented by unconfined compression and consolidation test results.Considering damage and creep of soft soil in Yin’s double yield surfaces constitutive model,settlement of a road on soft ground was calculated and compared with measurement in field.
